9. 設(shè)施（Facilities）
9.1 受核工廠應(yīng)制訂一套關(guān)于受核工廠設(shè)施范圍內(nèi)奉行當(dāng)?shù)仃P(guān)于衛(wèi)生健康、安全、環(huán)境以及工作條件的法規(guī)的政策文件：The facility should have written policy to adopt the local laws governing the health, safety, environmental, and working conditions in its facilities.
9.3 受核工廠應(yīng)常常保持清潔，狀態(tài)良好：走廊和走道、貨場和倉儲區(qū)、電梯、樓梯、生產(chǎn)作業(yè)區(qū)、電力設(shè)備：The facility should be kept clean and maintained in good condition: Walkways and Aisles, Yard and Storage Areas, Lifts and Stairways, Manufacturing Areas, Electrical Equipment.
9.4 工廠應(yīng)落實對設(shè)施進行日常查視的安排：The factory should conduct facility inspections routinely.
9.5 所有機器、設(shè)備和設(shè)施系統(tǒng)均須維持安全操作狀態(tài)，發(fā)生故障扣，須加以充分的修理：All machinery, equipment, and facility should be maintained in safe working condition and adequately repaired following breakdown.
9.7 溫度和溫度控制均須符合安全工作常規(guī)要求：Temperature and humidity controls should meet safe working practices.
9.8 一般通風(fēng)調(diào)控須足令工作環(huán)境安全：General ventilation controls should provide a safe working environment.
9.9 照明須充足：The lighting should be adequate.
9.10 廢棄物收集工作須經(jīng)常而有系統(tǒng)地進行：The refuse should be collect regularly and systematically.
9.11 所有建筑物的形貌完整性及結(jié)構(gòu)完整性均須經(jīng)專業(yè)評估，并獲發(fā)“建筑質(zhì)量證書”以證明完好無損：The physical and structural integrity of all buildings should has been professionally assessed。This may be indicated by the factory having a “Certificate of Occupancy”.
9.12 鍋爐、無火壓力容器和熔爐等設(shè)備須經(jīng)專業(yè)檢驗：The boilers, unfired pressure vessels, and furnaces should have been professionally inspected.
9.13 樓面容許負重須經(jīng)測定，有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的告示須張貼，并予以遵守：Floor loading weights should be allow to determined, posted and adhered to.
9.14 如果受核工廠在過去12個月間曾因有違工作條件法規(guī)而被傳訊或懲罰，各違法過失須在指定期內(nèi)糾正：If the facility had any citations or penalties from violations of working condition laws in the past 12 months, they should have been corrected within the required time frame.
9.15 須有飲用水供全體雇員飲用：All employees should have access to potable water for drinking purposes.
9.16 須有衛(wèi)生間設(shè)施可供使用，廁具數(shù)量足夠、功能良好、清潔干凈：Adequate toilet facilities should be available, functional, and in clean condition.
9.17 衛(wèi)生間設(shè)施的范圍內(nèi)須可供使用、功能良好、清潔干凈的洗手設(shè)備：Hand-washing facilities should be available, functional, in clean condition, and located within the toilet facilities area.
9.18 保安人員均須經(jīng)足夠培訓(xùn)：Security personnel should be trained adequately.
9.19 須制定有關(guān)吸煙的規(guī)則：Smoking rules should be written and observed.
