審核程序包括：審核前會議，工廠視察，查閱文件，工人面談及會議總結(jié)。
Audit procedures includes: Opening Meeting, Factory Tour, Documents review, Employee Interview and Closing
Meeting.

1. 工卡或考勤記錄 (過去三個月)
如果是使用電子考勤，審核員可能需要在計算機直接審閱考勤記錄，審閱是會在工廠職員協(xié)助下進行。
若工廠獲批并實施綜合計算工時制在這最近三個月，請同時保存及提供這個綜合計算工時制所涉及前面相
關(guān)月份的全部考勤記錄。
Timecards or Attendance Records (Last 3 Months)
If electronics time card is used, the auditor may need to review the time record directly from the computer, with
the assistance from the factory staff.
If factory has obtained the approval to implement Comprehensive Working Hour System, please also maintain
and provide all attendance records of the preceding months if the System is involved in the latest 3 months period.
2. 工資表 (過去三個月)
若工廠獲批并實施綜合計算工時制在這最近三個月，請同時保存及提供這個綜合計算工時制所涉及前相關(guān)
月份的全部工資表記錄。
Payroll Records (Last 3 months)
If factory has obtained the approval to implement Comprehensive Working Hour System, please also maintain
and provide all payroll records of the preceding months if the System is involved in the latest 3 months period.
3. 員工花名冊及員工個人檔案（含身份證復印件）
Employee Roster and Employee Personnel Records (including I.D. card copy)

Labor Contract
5. 社會保險收據(jù)、參保人員花名冊，當?shù)貐⒈Ｒ笪募蚝细褡C明文件等

9. 特種設(shè)備注冊登記及檢驗文件，如電梯、起重機械、鏟車、鍋爐及壓力容器（含氣瓶，壓力表及安全閥）

and Compressing Equipment including Gas Cylinders, Gauge and Safety Valve).
10. 特種作業(yè)人員操作證，如電梯工、起重機械操作工，叉車司機，電工及焊接工等。
Special Appliance Operator Certificate such as Lift Operator, Lifting Appliance Operator and Forklift Driver,
Electrician and Welder, etc.
11. 廚房衛(wèi)生許可證及廚工健康證
Kitchen’s Hygiene Certificate and Cooks’ Health Certificate
12. 職業(yè)健康體檢記錄及化學品安全培訓記錄
Occupational Health Examination Records and Chemical Safety Training Records
13. 環(huán)保文件（如建設(shè)項目環(huán)評、環(huán)評批復、建設(shè)項目竣工環(huán)境驗收報告，排放污染物申報登記表等)
