Factory Tour 巡廠
The factory tour is an opportunity for the auditor to observe the production facilities and general working conditions. The tour should be conducted right after the opening meeting, which may last 10 15 minutes. If there is a delay in starting the factory tour,use your best judgment to determine if you should proceed with the audit. The purpose of starting the factory tour right after the opening meeting is to prevent the factory from having an opportunity to prepare workers or the factory premises for the audit.
工廠訪問是為審核員提供觀察生產(chǎn)設施和綜合生產(chǎn)條件的機會。訪問應在開始會議結束后立即進行，可能會持續(xù)10-15分鐘。如果在工廠訪問的開始有延遲，審核員則應考慮是否繼續(xù)進行審核程序。在開始會議之后立刻進行工廠訪問的目的在于防止工廠有機會準備工人或對審核作出準備。
The factory tour should start from where most employees work and the auditor should scan and observe all employees to verify if there are any tired, young looking faces or if the factory is trying to hide employees. The auditor should tour all production areas, warehouses, canteens and dormitories (if applicable). While on the tour the auditor
should pay special attention to the following:
巡廠應開始于工人工作幾種的區(qū)域，審核員應審視、觀察所有工人以核實工廠內是否存在疲勞的、幼小的面孔或者工廠是否嘗試把工人藏起來。審核員應參觀所有的生產(chǎn)區(qū)域、倉庫、食堂和宿舍（如適用）。在參觀過程中，審核員應特別注意一下幾點：
● Number of fire extinguishers/hydrants 滅火器/消防栓的數(shù)量
● Condition of the fire and safety equipment 消防設備的情況
● First aid kits 急救箱
● Cleanliness of the toilets 洗手間的衛(wèi)生情況
● Time clocks and time cards 考勤機和考勤卡
● Security guards (are they armed?) 保安人員（他們有武器嗎？）
The auditor should make sure the factory is in normal production and verify if Target or TSS products are being made. The auditor should also pay close attention to the labels on the product and/or on the boxes for country of origin. This information can be verified during the country of origin review.
審核員應確保工廠是正常生產(chǎn)，并核實該工廠是在生產(chǎn)Target和TSS的產(chǎn)品。審核員還應注意產(chǎn)品的標簽和/或包裝盒上的原生產(chǎn)國。此信息可以在審核原生產(chǎn)國時進行檢查。
If the factory will not allow the auditor access to a certain portion of the factory (for example, because certain production processes are confidential), the auditor should continue the audit and provide details in the audit comments.
如果工廠不允許審核員訪問工廠的某些區(qū)域（例如，因為有些產(chǎn)品的加工過程是保密的），審核員應繼續(xù)（其他區(qū)域的）審核，并在審核注解中提供詳細信息。
