Section 3 – 檢驗(yàn)抽樣要求 Requirement for Sample Inspection
3.1抽樣檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求 Sample Inspection standard & requirement:
3.1.1按照 ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 General Level II 進(jìn)行隨機(jī)抽樣,AQL 水平參考 BBY 產(chǎn)品規(guī)格中的定義; Random sample By ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003 General Level II; AQL level is based on definition of BBY product specification (PS)
3.1.2產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)中若連續(xù) 5 批或不足 5 批中有 3 批不合格，則從 LEVEL II 轉(zhuǎn)到加嚴(yán)抽檢（S-III），若連續(xù) 5 批合格，則從加嚴(yán)轉(zhuǎn)到 LEVEL II; If there is 3 batches inspection are failed for continuous 5 batches or less 5 batches inspection, sample level will be tighten to Level III from Level II; After continuous 5 batches inspection are passed, then inspection level will be changed to level II from level III;
3.2BBY 執(zhí)行抽樣檢驗(yàn)的條件 Condition by BBY implementation final random inspection:
3.2.1完成品達(dá)到 100% 訂單數(shù)量; 100% order quantities for finishing good assemble are finished;
3.2.2100% 訂單數(shù)量產(chǎn)品完成包裝; 100% order quantities package are finished;
3.2.3供應(yīng)商內(nèi)部?jī)?nèi)部抽樣檢驗(yàn)完成并合格; Vendor finished internal inspection with pass result;
3.3.4BBY 執(zhí)行抽樣檢驗(yàn)前,供應(yīng)商需要提供內(nèi)部檢驗(yàn)合格的報(bào)告給相應(yīng)的 SQE; Vendor must provide internal inspection reports to BBY SQE before BBY implement final random inspection;
3.3抽樣方案 Sample solution:
3.3.1確定檢驗(yàn)抽樣水平,AQL 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及采樣數(shù)量; Confirm random inspection sample level, AQL standard and sample quantities;
3.3.2確定 PO# LOT 數(shù)量及箱數(shù); Confirm PO# LOT quantities and carton quantities;
3.3.3確定開(kāi)箱數(shù):N=√N(yùn)+1,N 為送檢批箱數(shù)，開(kāi)方后向上取整數(shù); Confirm open box quantities: N=√N(yùn)+1,N means inspection lot carton quantities,
3.4抽樣步驟 Sampling Steps:
3.4.1點(diǎn)數(shù): 分類堆放整齊 - 按分款，分 PO，分色，分碼等擺放整齊; Count: stack up products by different model number, PO#, Color and size etc.
3.4.2抽箱 Carton Box drawing
1)抽箱要保證抽箱的均勻性,要分別在里層、中間、外層、上層、底層抽取;
2)抽箱要做到隨機(jī)性, 保證每個(gè)箱都有被抽中的機(jī)會(huì);
3)抽箱要應(yīng)該覆蓋所有的款,所有的色,所有的碼;
4)抽箱不能老在同一個(gè)位置抽，也不能只抽取卡板外圍和頂部的產(chǎn)品箱;
3.4.3 抽樣 Sample Draw
1)抽樣時(shí)要注意所抽取序列號(hào)的分布,不要集中在某集中地一個(gè)號(hào)段,且尾數(shù)箱必需要開(kāi)箱 100%檢驗(yàn);
2)抽取的樣品需嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)控,防止換箱,換貨及箱子搬運(yùn);
3)抽樣開(kāi)箱過(guò)程需緊密跟蹤,中斷檢驗(yàn)時(shí)(如休息),需將已檢疵品封妥,做好標(biāo)記,保管好;
