4.10 Environmental Protection
To preserve our world’s natural resources and thereby ensure business sustainability, it is
important to protect the environment. In the production process and at the production site,
this includes:
- Saving energy and increasing energy efficiency
- Saving water, recycling process water and managing wastewater
- No release of hazardous substances directly into the environment (water, air and soil)
- Safe storage and labelling of hazardous substances
- Minimizing the use of other resources including mineral resources, agricultural commodities and fossil fuels
In order to achieve these targets business partners shall establish a feasible and effective
environmental management system. As energy and resource prices increase, costs can be
minimised through environmental-friendly production processes and business practices.
In the audits, relevant environmental permits and licences as well as the wastewater
management, air emissions, waste management and the functionality of a paint unit will be
checked.
4.10 環(huán)境保護(hù)
為了保護(hù)我們地球的自然資源和由此產(chǎn)生的業(yè)務(wù)的可持續(xù)性，保護(hù)環(huán)境是非常重要的。在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中以及在生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)所內(nèi)，包括：
--- 節(jié)約能源并提高能源利用效率
--- 節(jié)約用水，循環(huán)利用工藝用水和廢水管理
--- 不向環(huán)境（指水、空氣、土壤）中直接排放有毒物質(zhì)
--- 安全儲(chǔ)存危險(xiǎn)物質(zhì)并對(duì)其標(biāo)記標(biāo)簽
--- 盡量減少使用其他資源，包括礦產(chǎn)資源、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品或化石類(lèi)燃料
為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這些目標(biāo)，商業(yè)伙伴們應(yīng)建立一套可行的且有效的環(huán)境管理制度。當(dāng)環(huán)境和能源價(jià)格上漲時(shí)，可以通過(guò)環(huán)境友好的生產(chǎn)流程和商業(yè)慣例來(lái)降低成本。
在審核中，應(yīng)對(duì)相關(guān)的環(huán)境許可證和執(zhí)照，以及廢水管理、廢氣排放、廢棄物管理和涂料設(shè)備的功能性進(jìn)行檢查。
