9 CONTROL OF NON - CONFORMING PRODUCTS 不合格品的控制
9.1. General requirements 總要求
The Operator shall establish a documented procedure for dealing with products which do not comply with
intended requirements.

The procedure shall include: 程序應(yīng)當(dāng)包括：
a) identification of product and batch code; 識(shí)別產(chǎn)品及批號(hào)；
b) documentation of any non-conformance, corrective action(s) and verification steps;
記錄任何不符合、糾正措施與驗(yàn)證步驟；
c) evaluation of the cause of the non-conformance; 分析不符合原因；
d) segregation of affected batch or batches; 隔離受影響批或批次；
e) provision for disposal of products where appropriate; 適宜時(shí)，提供對(duì)產(chǎn)品的處置；
f) recording of internal information of relevant parties. 有關(guān)方面內(nèi)部信息的記錄。
Responsibility for review and disposal of the non-conforming product shall be defined.
應(yīng)規(guī)定評(píng)審與處置不合格品的職責(zé)。
A non- conforming product shall be reviewed in accordance with documented procedures and action to be
taken in one of the following ways:

a) rework; 返工
b) reclassification or dispensation/dispatch; or 重新分級(jí)/派遣
c) rejection and subsequent destruction or disposal. 拒絕接收以及隨后銷毀或處理。
Records of all non- conformances must be maintained in accordance with document control procedures and archived for an appropriate time. 必須根據(jù)文件控制程序保持所有不符合的記錄并以恰當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間存檔。
The approval and use of reworks (e.g. from rejects, customer returns or spillage) shall be considered within
the HACCP system. Potential reworks which are not approved become waste material and shall be dealt with according to wastedisposal procedures.

? A clear marking or other means of controlling non-conforming products exists;
