Audit Results Responsible Sourcing – Audit Rating
A factory receives up to three audits to meet Target Standards of Vendor Engagement (SOVE) and be found Acceptable.
Effective June 1, 2017
Acceptable：Either no issue or very few minor issues identified.
Acceptable with CAP Required：The result of an audit has compliance issues that can be resolved through a CAP.
Needs Improvement：One or more serious compliance issues identified in the first audit.
At Risk：One or more serious compliance issues identified in the second audit.
Immediate Resolution：One or more serious compliance issues identified in any audit, required to resolve within 60 days.
