1.0 Factory Facilities and Environment生產(chǎn)設施和環(huán)境
1. Are lighting sufficient in the following key areas? 以下關鍵區(qū)域光度是否足夠？

2. The facility maintains clean and organized production, finishing and packing areas. 工廠的生產(chǎn)，成品和包裝區(qū)域保持干凈和有序的生產(chǎn)
3. Facility has separate inspection area for each department with inspection tables and proper ventilation. 工廠每個部門有獨立的檢驗區(qū)域，有檢驗桌和適宜的通風。
4. Facility has documented and adequate pests control program which includes frequent inspections. (in-house or 3rd party) 工廠有文件化的和足夠的害蟲控制程序和檢驗記錄（內部或第三方）
5. Facility has documented moisture control program which includes frequentinspections. [Mandatory for factories producing products with solid wood & composite wood parts] 工廠有文件化的濕度控制程序及檢驗記錄[對于生產(chǎn)實木及復合木制品的工廠的強制要求]
6. Are storage conditions appropriate and adequate for raw material, WIP, finished products to avoid deterioration of quality or safety? Especially for sensitive materials/components. For example, for IC storage. Does factory have good environmental control on temperature, humidity, etc.? 來料,半成品，成品的的儲存環(huán)境是否適宜和充足以避免物料的質量或安全性降級退化,尤其對敏感材料或部件。 比如 IC的存儲。 工廠對溫度，濕度等是否有良好的環(huán)境控制。
7. No broken windows or leaking roofs that may result to product contamination was observed during Audit. 沒有破碎的窗子或漏的屋頂，其可能導致審核中發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品被污染。
8. Factory implements strict sharp tools control procedure to prevent scissors, knives,blades, broken glasses and needles tto be mixed with product.
工廠是否建立了嚴格的利器控制程序，以防剪刀，刀具，刀片，碎玻璃，針混入產(chǎn)品。
9. Factory implements a broken needle control process [Applies for products thatrequires sewing and/or those used in ticketing or Kimble guns for tags] 工廠實施斷針控制過程。（適用于產(chǎn)品有縫制工序，標槍工序）。
10. Factory has metal detecting unit (Airport System) and located at the right finishing area and is enclosed and secured and have regular calibration records [Scoring will not apply (N/A) if factory does not need this machine] 工廠有金屬驗針設備（機場式）并置于合適的成品區(qū)，此區(qū)域隔離，安全，金屬驗針設備有定期的校準記錄 [如果工廠不需要這個設備,分數(shù)就打 N/A]
11. Does the plant have a "back up" power supply available that will allow production to continue in case of power failure 工廠是否有備用電源以便停電時生產(chǎn)可以繼續(xù)
