重慶博*生物科技有限公司W(wǎng)ILKINSON社會(huì)責(zé)任驗(yàn)廠于2月25日正式啟動(dòng)
重慶博*生物科技有限公司營范圍:生物技術(shù)的研發(fā)及咨詢;研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售:寵物食品、寵物用品、化工產(chǎn)品(不含危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品);加工、銷售:農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品;貨物及技術(shù)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)。(國家禁止和限制的除外)。
該公司于2019年2月21日與我司正式簽訂咨詢服務(wù)合同,2019年2月25日由我司梁老師在該公司正式開始WILKINSON社會(huì)責(zé)任驗(yàn)廠項(xiàng)目的咨詢輔導(dǎo)工作。
Wilkinson威爾金森驗(yàn)廠一般分為Wilkinson 質(zhì)量驗(yàn)廠和Wilkinson 人權(quán)驗(yàn)廠(或稱SEE驗(yàn)廠,SEE的英文全稱是(SOCIAL,ETHICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL)。Wilkinson質(zhì)量驗(yàn)廠和人權(quán)驗(yàn)廠通常同時(shí)進(jìn)行。wilkinson驗(yàn)廠,是委托第三方公正行,對供貨商的品質(zhì)、社會(huì)責(zé)任方面進(jìn)行驗(yàn)廠。
Wilkinson驗(yàn)廠重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容
1、公司的合法性:
客人通過對公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅收登記證、消防走火圖等文件數(shù)據(jù)的查看以證實(shí)該公司是否合法及安全。
2、童工和未成年工:
客人絕對禁止公司雇用未滿16周歲的童工,能接受雇用16周歲以上18周歲以下的未成年工,但必需有政府部門的以及有實(shí)際行動(dòng)確保未成年工的身心健康。
3、岐視:
客人不允許公司在錄用及提升員工的時(shí)候存在有性別、種族、年齡、信仰等各方面的岐視。驗(yàn)廠人員一般會(huì)查看所有的在職人員人事檔案及最近6個(gè)月離職的人事檔案及勞動(dòng)合同。
4、工作時(shí)間:
公司必需要按當(dāng)?shù)氐姆煞ㄒ?guī)確保工人的休息時(shí)間,每周至少休息一天,每周工作不可以超過60個(gè)小時(shí)。
5、勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬:
平時(shí)加班及法定假日加班要按當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?guī)定的資率支付員工的工資,并且每個(gè)月的工資不可以低于當(dāng)?shù)氐淖畹凸べY標(biāo)準(zhǔn)??腿艘话銜?huì)查看最近3個(gè)月或12個(gè)月的員工考勤及工資發(fā)放記錄。
6、懲戒性措施:
客人不接受公司對員工進(jìn)行任何的罰款、打罵等措施,更不接受公司有強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)的行為。
7、健康與安全:
公司要提供健康安全的工作場所以及有必須的環(huán)境保護(hù)措施及相關(guān)的許可。對特種職業(yè)的員工要有相應(yīng)的操作。
8、反恐:
對人員來往以及貨物的流通不僅要有相應(yīng)的程序,還要有相應(yīng)的運(yùn)作記錄。對公司的實(shí)體安全,針控管理必需要按客人的要求保存記錄。
